DIRECTIONS

From the West on I-10 , take I-10 through Baton Rouge to Essen Lane (Exit 160) South (Essen becomes Staring Lane after about a mile). Continue 2.9 mi. from I-10 to Highland Rd. Turn left on Highland for about 1/4 mi., and then right on Gardere Lane. Continue on Gardere 2.3 mi. to the River Road. Turn left at River Rd. and continue 2.8 mi. to the Start/Finish at the intersection of River Road and Gummers Lane (Hwy. 327).

From the East on I-10, take I-10 to Siegen Lane (Exit 163) South. Take Siegen 2.5 mi. to Highland and continue across Highland Rd. where the name changes to Burbank Drive. Continue another 2.8 mi. to Gardere Lane. Turn left and continue on Gardere 2.3 mi. to the River Road. Turn left at River Rd. and continue 2.8 mi. to the Start/Finish at the intersection of River Road and Gummers Lane (Hwy. 327).

From the East on I-12, take I-12 to Essen Lane (Exit 160) South (Essen becomes Staring Lane after about a mile). Continue 2.9 mi. from I-10 to Highland Rd. Turn left on Highland for about 1/4 mi., and then right on Gardere Lane. Continue on Gardere 2.3 mi. to the River Road. Turn left at River Rd. and continue 2.8 mi. to the Start/Finish at the intersection of River Road and Gummers Lane (Hwy. 327).

COURSE

The course is a 10.66 mile loop. We start in the very bottom of the “V” and you will take two right hand turns, one at the intersection of River Road and the other at the bottom of the “V” to begin the “loop” again. The course is flat, smooth and shaded in about 1/3 of the course and very fast.
